ORDER AND DELIVERY

Yes, all delivery options offered within Singapore and for International customers can be tracked. You can login to your account and track your order. You will be notified of the tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 

Yes we do ship world-wide.

As long as you are able to add the item to cart or place backorder, the item is available for your purchase. If an item is out of stock, you will not be able to checkout. Instead, you can join its waiting list or add it to your wishlist. 

You can input your promo code upon checking out at the 'Order Summary' stage during your cart out process. Do click on 'Apply' and if the code is valid, the discount will be reflected instantly.

**All other ongoing bundle promos are automatically applied during selection at product page.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds as all sales are final. However, should the item you received are wrong or defective, please email us at panicbeauty@gmail.com with the email titled [ Incorrect/Defective Order Received - Order ID xxxxxx ]. Attached a snapshot and video of the defect on the item and/or the incorrect order sent in the email. This will help in expediting your returns request.

**Please note that for example i.e dented boxes caused during logistic handling, are not considered as a defect.

Upon our acknowledgement of the return request, we will further advise you on how to return your defective item via email. It is compulsory to return items via a trackable courier service. We will not be liable for any lost return parcels. Return parcels are to reach us within 7 working days from the date of receiving the item.

We well email you after we have received and processed your item(s).

**Please do note that we reserves the right to refuse all returns should it not match our return policy.

All international orders are shipped via SingPost and/or third-party courier services. Orders shipped outside of Singapore may be subjected to import duties, taxes, and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Panic Beauty.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from SingPost and/or third-party courier services, to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the order package has exited Singapore.

**Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
